ICE EXP 22 “ Engagement, Experience, Connection!

The 2022 edition of the ICE experience wrapped up on a high for Brimma Tech. We were the most talked about booth at the conference and our booth saw a lot of foot traffic resulting in a great list of leads. ICE has a great extensible API based Encompass platform which enables lenders and partners to innovate, extend and automate the lender’s unique processes along the digital mortgage journey.

As Supree Periasamy quoted “Customers are our real assets”. Our customers were extremely happy with what we have been delivering and reassured us that our solutions are far ahead in comparison to others.

This year’s conference was also a great opportunity to meet existing customers face to face as well as to hear from the Encompass community what specific challenges they are facing. With the world shutting down due to the pandemic last year it was refreshing to be able to connect with customers face to face, unlike last year when the conference was held online.

To implement and execute seamless automation, customers need a partner that has both the mortgage business experience as well as deep technology experience. What we heard was that attendees put a lot of value on the fact that Brimma brings both!

We’re happy to report that the ICE conference exceeded our expectations! We got to meet our customers face-to-face, build some new relationships with other lenders, and re-establish some of our ICE relationships.
